Subject: Post any way you want,. I believe that the gold comes from the ormus in the glass

Hi Barry
Recently we got 500 OPT (Ounces Per Ton) of gold out of beer bottle glass in my small lab. I wrote up the cost for extraction and values of the gold obtained from a six pack of beer bottles.

I made on extraction gold from beer bottle glass using the current equipment in my home lab which consists of 1/2 of a garage, 1/2 a porch and 1/2 office with one kitchen microwave, one small muffle furnace, a balance scale, a microscope and a camera. I feel that with a lab with commercial sized and designed equipment, computer controlled furnaces and more automatic process' very substantial processing efficiencies could be obtained.
Right now we would have to make 108 runs in my kitchen lab to process the glass from six beer bottles. At my best yields of 0.213 grams of gold per run this would produce 23 grams at current gold prices of $1750 per oz =  $56 per gram = about $1280

Objective : To determine the cost and time to process a six pack amount of glass through the microwave process for extraction of the Gold within.

Data: a typical beer bottle weight is about 200 grams

The best yield obtained was 0.213 grams of precious metals from 12 grams of glass and 4 grams of magnetite in a one hour run in a 1000 watt microwave oven and a one hour run in a 1000 watt muffle furnace for the cupleing operation.

Calculations: based on the assumption that we can obtain the best in ounces per ton OPT yield of 0.213 grams gold/silver mix using 16 grams of ore (12 glass 4 magnetite) This comes out to be about 75 to 1 ratio of ore to precious metals.

75 -1,  X 10 = 750 -10,  X 2 = 1500-20,  X 2 = 3000-40,  X 10 = 30,000-400,  plus 3000 = 33,000 ounces per ton = 440

(one ton) of ore = 440 ounces of precious metals.

At 85% gold and 15% silver, this comes out to be about $650,000 per ton of ore mix at about $1750 per ounce for gold and $40 per ounce for silver

Calculation of cost to produce these precious metals from the beer bottle glass magnetite mix using only currently developed processing.

A best yield process run uses the following materials and the costs are:

One 30 grams size crucible @--------------------------------------$2.72
one cupel 1.75 inch diameter MGO type @---------------------$ 0.72
90 grams of Action mining flux @ -------------------------------$ 1.20
2000 watts of power for one hour @ ---------------------------$ .24
Labor at $20 per hour 1/5 hour to watch and change @------$ 4.00
Total cost current processing -------------------------------------$ 8.88
to produce 0.213 grams PM yield 85% gold 15% silver

Current price of Gold @ $1750 per oz = $56.4 per gram

Value in $ for the Gold .85% times 0.213=0.181 grams Gold @ $56.4 = $10.20
value in silver .15 times $1.3 times 0.213 = -----------------------------------$ .04
Total Value of yield --------------------------------------------------------------$10.24

Profit cost $8.88 of yield value of yield $10.24 difference =$1.36

This experiment was done in a very small home lab.
